We built the brand we couldn’t find.
Form8 Life Sciences started in 2025 in a one-room flat in Malleshwaram. The founding team — all former IT and healthcare people in their late twenties — had spent years buying supplements from the same tired loop: opaque imports, loud gym-bro brands, or grandmother’s Dabur bottles.
None of them told the truth. Not about dose. Not about sourcing. Not about who the product was actually tested on.
So we started writing labels we would have wanted to read ourselves. We picked four products first — a protein, a multivitamin, an ashwagandha, and a D3+K2 — because those are the four that almost every Indian adult in a metro is either taking or should be. We printed every milligram. We picked the manufacturing grade that costs 2× instead of the one that’s “fine.” We paid for our own third-party testing.
We’re small. We plan to stay that way until we can’t hide behind our size anymore. Everything we learn, we publish in the Journal. Everything we test, we put on the product page.
